Understanding the cross membranes
It is a kind of high-strength multilayer composite film, which is made of HDPE as base material, adding color masterbatch, plasticizer, stabilizer, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorbent, toughener and other additives to form embryo by multilayer co-extrusion blow molding, then multi-fold stretching forming, then spinning into a 45 degree film substrate, and finally through cross-compounding completed. ________ Because its cross-lamination structure is different from ordinary single-layer or multi-layer films, it has thermal stability, dimensional stability, bidirectional tear resistance, bidirectional uniform tensile force and high elongation that traditional films do not possess. At present, the strong cross-membrane is mainly used in wet-laid waterproof membrane and polymer N-type membrane in China.

It has bidirectional tear resistance. Longitudinal and transverse network structure effectively solves the phenomenon of easy wrinkling and drum after construction.
It has the property of anti-ultraviolet radiation. It ensures the use of outdoor high temperature.
It has high strength and high elongation. Excellent resistance to high and low temperature.
It has unique puncture resistance, self-healing and sustained tear resistance as well as excellent water tightness of nail rod.
Scope of application: Mainly used for CPS reaction bonded coil, PCM reaction bonded coil, pressure sensitive self-adhesive polymer coil surface film or intermediate matrix membrane.
